Ewan McGregor reprises his role as the titular Jedi Master in all six episodes of the sci-fi adventure set ten years after the events of 'Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith' (2005). Ever since his apprentice Anakin Skywalker (Hayden Christensen) turned to the dark side and became the Sith Lord Darth Vader, Obi-Wan Kenobi has been in hiding. However, when Anakin's daughter Leia (Vivien Lyra Blair) is kidnapped, Obi-Wan agrees to rescue her and sets off in pursuit of her captors.

Having believed that Anakin died after their duel, Obi-Wan is shocked to learn that he survived and is forced to finally confront the demons of his past.
