Shipping Policy

All orders will be shipped via Australia Post within 1-2 business day (Monday to Friday).

We offer FREE SHIPPING via registered mail for orders over $100.

We offer a flat rate shipping price for all Australian orders below $100.

Australia Post Registered Mail (Tracked) - $7.95
Australia Post Express Mail - $12.95

We may use an alternative postage method at our discretion if it is required, however it will still have tracking.

All Australian orders will usually be delivered within 3-10 business days after shipping.

Express delivery times can vary depending on location, but are usually within 1-3 business days for most locations.

New Zealand Shipping

Australia Post Standard International Mail (Tracked) - $14.95 on orders under $100.
Australia Post Standard International Mail (Tracked) - $19.95 on orders over $100.

 

Partial Shipping

If you have multiple products in the same order, we will hold your order until all items are available to ship.

Order Changes

Your order can be changed or cancelled at any time before your order is shipped.

 

Return Policy

Please read our return policy carefully to understand our practices regarding returns and exchanges.

Faulty Items

If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, we are happy to offer a replacement or a refund. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing our customer service team at support@dvdhub.com.au. Please provide your order number and a description of the fault.

  2. Return the Item: Once we confirm the issue, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please return the faulty item in its original packaging.

  3. Inspection and Processing: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to verify the fault. If the item is deemed faulty, we will process your replacement or refund within 7 business days.

Exclusions

  • Change of Mind: We do not accept returns for change of mind, so we ask that you please choose your items carefully.

  • Incorrect Region: We will not accept returns where the item does not play due to region restrictions, unless we have misrepresented the region on the product page. If you are unsure about the region of an item, please contact us prior to purchasing.

  • Condition of Returns: Items must be returned in their original condition, with all packaging and accessories. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product shows signs of damage not caused by a fault.
