I still miss the complete collection

I’m deeply disappointed with this item [The IT Crowd Complete Series], which it’s missing the 3rd. Season episode “The Speech”.
I understand that the episode is somewhat controversial for the inclusion of a transsexual person in its story but, as the series creator said, that doesn’t “...make him or the episode transphobic.” [Indeed, “To Kill a Mockingbird” includes scenes in which a black man is unfairly condemned by a white people’s jury, and killed to stop him from running away; that doesn’t make the movie racist}
Regardless, my point is that whoever designed and produced this DVD pack should have indicated painfully clear that such episode wasn’t included in the pack, so that buyers like myself could make up a mind to buy it to or not (and I wouldn’t have, as a matter of principle, as I detest any kind of censorship).
Of course, I don’t blame DVDHUB who, I understand, are not the producers of the pack; that being said, I feel that they too could have given a warning online about this item’s shortcomings.
