Nicholas Hoult and Nicolas Cage star in this horror comedy directed by Chris McKay. Renfield (Hoult) is an assistant to Count Dracula (Cage), who has bestowed Renfield with incredible powers and immortality in exchange for his loyalty as his familiar. Renfield, however, is becoming disillusioned with his subservient life, especially being made to capture and kill innocent people to provide Dracula with nourishment.

When he stumbles into a 12-step self-help group for people trapped in relationships with narcissists, Renfield finds the empowerment he needs to start a new life of his own, but Dracula won't let him off the hook so easily...
