Pre-order Policy

Pre-Order Shipping Policy

Pre-order items are shipped once stock has arrived at our warehouse. We kindly ask customers to allow up to 5 business days from the listed release date for dispatch.

As we source stock from both Australian and international suppliers, this timeframe is a guide only. Delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control, including supplier allocation delays or transit times.

If your order contains a mix of in-stock, backorder and pre-order items, the order will be held until all items are available unless otherwise arranged.

Customers are welcome to cancel their pre-order at any time prior to dispatch.

Pre-Order Payment Terms

  • Payment for pre-orders is authorised at checkout but captured when the item is ready to ship.
  • Afterpay is not available as a payment option for pre-orders. Please contact us for more information.
  • Customers must ensure their payment method remains valid until dispatch.

Failed Payment Attempts

  • If a payment capture fails, we will:
    1. Notify the customer via email
    2. Allow 7 days for the issue to be resolved
    3. Attempt payment again after this period
  • If the second payment attempt fails:
    • The order may be cancelled without further notice
    • Stock will be released to other customers

Holding Stock

  • We cannot hold pre-order stock indefinitely due to limited quantities.
  • Orders with unresolved payment issues may be cancelled to ensure fairness to other customers.

Multiple Item Orders

  • If a failed payment relates to an order containing multiple items:
    • We may hold the entire order until payment is resolved
    • Or contact the customer to arrange split shipment

Updating Payment Details

  • Customers can update payment details by:
    • Using the original payment provider (e.g. PayPal)
    • Contacting us for a new invoice
