Directed by Frank Tashlin, this musical comedy stars Dean Martin and Jerry Lewis in their final film together.

The story follows two unlikely companions, the suave and charming Steve Wiley (Martin) and the bumbling, movie-obsessed Malcolm Smith (Lewis), who win a car in a rigged contest and set out on a cross-country road trip to Hollywood.

Along the way, they encounter various comedic mishaps and misunderstandings, especially involving their shared interest in an aspiring actress, Terry Roberts (Pat Crowley).
