Sara Paxton and Pat Healy star in this supernatural horror written and directed by Ti West. The rundown Yankee Pedlar Inn is about to close for good and two employees, Claire (Paxton) and Luke (Healy), have been left in charge during its final week of operations.

Eager to investigate the hotel's haunted history, they attempt to record evidence of paranormal phenomena.

However, as the events they experience become increasingly disturbing, they become caught in a fight for their lives.
