Prequel to the horror franchise. It is 1969 and the war in Vietnam is raging. Two young men, Dean (Taylor Handley) and Eric (Matt Bomer) are spending a last weekend with their girlfriends before being shipped overseas to the war.
While on the road they get into an accident that calls the local sheriff (R. Lee Ermey) to the scene. But what the young friends don't know is that the 'sheriff' is really the psychopathic uncle of Thomas Hewitt - a deformed, demented killer who will become known as Leatherface...
