Juan Carlos Fresnadillo directs this post-apocalyptic horror sequel starring Robert Carlyle, Rose Byrne and Jeremy Renner. Six months after London was devastated by the Rage Virus, members of the US military have established a safe zone in the city. However, when siblings Tammy and Andy (Imogen Poots and Mackintosh Muggleton) sneak out of the safe zone to return to their family home, there is a new outbreak.

In the ensuing chaos, Delta Force sniper Sergeant Doyle (Renner) assists a small group of survivors including Tammy, Andy and Scarlet (Byrne), a medical officer hoping to find a cure for the virus. As they flee across the city, pursued by Tammy and Andy's infected father Don (Carlyle) and the US military, will any of them survive?
