George P. Cosmatos directs this American action drama starring Sylvester Stallone and Brigitte Nielsen. Lieutenant Marion Cobretti, aka Cobra (Stallone), is a hardened detective assigned to protect beautiful model Ingrid (Nielsen), the only witness to a series of brutal murders.

However, it soon transpires that the killings are not the work of one lone psychopath, but rather a highly organised army of neo-fascists who will stop at nothing to hunt down their target.
