TV's 'Frasier' star Kelsey Grammer plays an unorthodox, maverick skipper who is ordered to take part in a naval war game with an antiquated submarine and a misfit crew. He does so on the understanding that if he succeeds in firing off his sub's missiles he will get to command his own vessel, little knowing that one of the admirals in charge of the game is determined to stop him. Bawdy comedy from the people who created 'Police Academy'.
