Michael Keaton stars as Jonathan Rivers, a successful architect whose life is upended by the mysterious disappearance and tragic death of his wife, Anna (Chandra West). When a stranger introduces him to Electronic Voice Phenomena (EVP)—a method of communicating with the dead—Jonathan becomes consumed by the possibility of reaching his wife. But his obsession with the supernatural opens a door to another realm, bringing something sinister into his life.

Nathan Fillion plays Abe Dale, a man who survives a near-death experience only to discover he’s been gifted with the ability to see who is about to die. Struggling with this newfound power, Abe faces the moral dilemma of whether to save lives and alter fate, risking catastrophic consequences as he tampered with the natural order of life and death.
